Walden's MS in Project Management program can provide you with the business, communication, and leadership skills needed to manage projects and diverse teams.

Earning a degree from a PMI GAC-accredited program can provide you with project management training that covers the internationally recognized standards set forth in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)—Sixth Edition, which prepares you with the skills to succeed in today’s workplace.

Classes are delivered in an 8-week format. Course topics include:

  • Budgeting and Management of Operations
  • Planning and Administering Project Contracts
  • Sustainability in Project, Portfolio, and Program Management
  • Social Impact in Project Management

The mission of the program is to provide a diverse community of career professionals with the opportunity to develop project management best practices as well as the business, communication, and leadership skills necessary to manage projects and teams for the purpose of helping organizations achieve strategic goals.
